Coltman's Delicatessen & Kitchen is a welcome
addition to the Scottish Borders town of Peebles, just
south of Edinburgh, Scotland.
The combination of a delicatessen and restaurant is the
culmination of Kenny and Karen Coltman’s dream to bring
an exciting new dining and shopping experience to the
Scottish Borders.
Both Kenny and Karen bring the wealth of their
experience gained over the past 25 years in some of the
world’s finest hotels and restaurants, home to Peebles.
Cooking has long been Kenny Coltman’s driving passion
and the whole philosophy behind his cooking is “fresh
seasonal produce, cooked simply, without fuss”.
Relax and enjoy an intimate dining experience in our
Peebles restaurant overlooking the River Tweed and the
stunning Tweed Valley beyond.
Our Peebles deli offers some of the best selections of
quality food and wine in the area. Sourced from a
network of producers and suppliers who share Kenny’s
passion and enthusiasm for cooking with the very best
